Manchester Strength & Conditioning (incorporating CrossFit Manchester) – a superb strength & conditioning facility run by Mark Beck in Stockport.
The gym was the country’s first CrossFit affiliate and is now also a very successful BWL Olympic Weightlifting club. In summer of 2013, it became the very first Catalyst Athletics Olympic Weightlifting affiliate outside the USA.
