I use a wide variety of training methods which I constantly review, update and improve – this is essential to prevent boredom and a lack of progress in your training. I also spend a lot of time studying the latest ways of doing things and trying them out myself before introducing them to clients.
I believe that you can train effectively almost anywhere with a minimal amount of equipment – if you have a good pair of trainers, you’re halfway there – but a variety of ‘athletic toys’, even cheap, homemade ones, can make things a lot more interesting!
Here’s a list of just some of the equipment I use:
Watson Gym Adjustable Bench & Single Adjustable Cable Pulley,
Concept 2 Indoor Rower, Schwinn Airdyne Evolution Comp Bike, X-iser Commercial Stepper,
Power Rack, Free weights (barbells/dumbbells), Hyperextension/Roman Chair,
Kettlebells, Resistance bands, Tyres, Sledgehammers, Sandbags, Plyo boxes, AbWheels,
Medicine balls, Pull-up Bars, Gymnastic Rings, Suspension Trainers, Skipping Ropes,
Conditioning Sleds, Agility Cones/Ladders, Swiss/Balance Balls, Foam Rollers.
