CIRCUIT TRAINING IN BILLINGTON & LANGHO,

NEAR WHALLEY AND CLITHEROE

Tuesday evening at Billington & Langho Community Centre

 Our circuit training classes are intended to provide an all-encompassing workout, promoting increased strength, strength endurance, stamina, co-ordination, balance, speed, and a host of other physical and mental benefits!

We use timed intervals and rest periods to elicit powerful physical responses and adaptations, but all movements and exercises can be regressed or progressed to suit your individual needs and abilities.

Although you are exercising in a group setting, you work as hard as YOU personally can and rest when YOU need to.

The sessions are fast-paced and intense, but they’re great fun and are conducted in a very friendly and relaxed manner.

The exercises are varied and interesting, working on core stability, strength in arms and legs, and overall fitness. As a result I feel more toned, stronger, and never had crippling muscular pains the day after. I’ve been to plenty of other gyms and classes before, but can honestly say that John’s class is the best!

You are required to complete a PARQ form and a liability waiver before attending any class.
