## ***What We Do***

As a CIMSPA-registered and fully insured personal trainer, I specialise in designing safe, practical, and effective fitness programs tailored for older adults and individuals with specific medical or orthopaedic issues. Avoiding gimmicks, I focus on simple, evidence-based exercises that can be performed anywhere, using minimal or no equipment. Supported by advanced credentials - including NASM Senior Fitness Specialist - I pride myself on helping clients of all abilities, including my eldest trainee at 94, safely build and maintain strength and improve their quality of life.
