Free Consultation Session

I offer a free consultation session prior to signing up for any personal training, during which we can assess your current state of fitness and discuss your personal goals.

I will ask you to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and will carry out some basic health assessments, which may include measuring your:

  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Weight and Composition

The consultation session lasts approximately one hour.

Please note that in certain circumstances I may ask you to consult your GP before commencing a training programme.
