We offer a free consultation session prior to signing up for any personal training, during which we can assess your current state of fitness and discuss your personal goals.
You will be asked to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and undertake some basic health assessments, which may include measuring your:
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Blood Pressure
  • Body Weight and Composition
  • Peak Expiratory Flow Rate (PEFR)
The consultation session lasts approximately one hour.
Please note that in certain circumstances we may request that you consult your GP before commencing a training programme.
