Winter sports are exhilarating and great fun, but they are physically demanding.
A week or two of 6-8 hours of hard, daily physical exercise, often performed at altitude is no walk in the park …and that doesn’t even include the après ski!
To get the most out of your holiday, it really does make sense to prepare yourself as thoroughly as possible before heading onto the slopes.
Our Snow Fitness classes will give you the perfect opportunity to boost your fitness levels in readiness for the snow.
The classes will help you improve your:
- Balance & Posture
- Muscular Strength & Endurance (legs, hips and core)
- Cardiovascular Stamina & Endurance
- Flexibility
We’ll use a wide variety of training methods and equipment including the incredible Skier’s Edge carving trainer, balance balls and pads, foam rollers, free weights, resistance bands and more.

Classes are suitable for adults of all levels of ability and fitness (subject to satisfactory completion of a Pre-Activity Readiness Questionnaire and a Waiver Form).
Activities can and will be scaled to suit individual needs.
Places are strictly limited (maximum 8 people per class), so please register your interest early to avoid disappointment.
