All of our regular Circuit Training classes take place at Billington & Langho Community Centre, just behind St. Leonard’s Church on Whalley Road.
The classes are geared towards developing general improvements in strength, strength endurance, balance, co-ordination, cardiovascular fitness, agility, flexibility, and more.
Not only that, they are great fun to take part in – there is a relaxed, encouraging, and friendly atmosphere in every class, but we also manage to get some seriously hard work done too!
We have a broad range of ages and abilities (the average age is 40+) and most, if not all of us have some special requirements due to injuries, niggles, and physical limitations we have managed to pick up. All of our circuits are adaptable, though, and we can modify or swap exercises which may be unsuitable for you for any reason whatsoever.
Some of our longer standing members have been attending 1, 2, or 3 times a week for over 5 years now, and are still enjoying the sessions and improving their strength and fitness. You can read some of their comments about the classes here.
